This listing is for a ruffled Queen size bedskirt in excellent pre-owned condition except for the following issues. There are 2 light brown stains on the drop.

As shown in the photos 8 - 9. There is one small hole on one headboard corner vertical hem and another tiny hole close to that area as shown in the last three photos.
