Unused 14k Rose-gold/f 1946 Bulova Ambassador Watch/rare Satin Case/in Box/wow

Here is a great find, what-appears-to-be an unused/stored-away Bulova Men's AMBASSADOR (thanks Mc1), in a 14K rose-gold filled case from c. Maybe given to a vet as a welcome-back after the war.. Speaking of that, if you have the opportunity to run-into a surviving WWII vet(not many left) PLEASE shake or even kiss their hand, as we would not even be here if it wasn't for their sacrifice!!

This beauty is a very rare rose-gold filled satin case, only full lustre at lugs! The lugs show 70-years of patina from storage, not been wiped off! Is a beautiful pink rose, absolutely crisp.

A few marks at edges from assembly. ==MOVEMENT== this high-quality 21 Jewel 7-AK Swiss machine looks new as it should.

It is dated by a lightly-stamped "square" which indicates 1946. Right now it's running fast.

Winding/setting is a bit stiff, as expected from a watch that has never been used. This movement may need a few wind-cycles to find it's way, but that 70-year-old lube is stiff and dry. Please scrutinize/zoom all photos for true/described condition. ==BAND== the original signed leather Bulova is, as you can see, all the evidence you need other than condition to know it has been buckled to that insert since 1946...
