This is the 4-valve Blessing which is hard enough to find, and also has the sought-after rose brass bell, which makes it pretty much nonexistent on the used market. S/n 349XXX-a real Blessing made by the Blessing factory prior to the Powell acquisition. It is in excellent condition.

A few tiny dings and scratches, but no signs of repair or significant dent work, and the lacquer is about 99% or better.
