Lemania 18K gold Chronograph late 1940's legendary movement 2310 rare

  
Condition is working and "Pre-owned". Own a piece of history! That is not the same watch of course, but that one appeared to be in much worse condition. Although a famous owner (Winston Churchill) pushed the price. I can share a video of the movement if desired.

Please message and ask any questions. Lemania used to make movements for Omega and had a small series boutique manufacturing alongside that. The Lemania 2310 movement or CH27-17P with 17 jewels and seconds and minutes register is touted as the workhorse chronograph movement and greatest movement of all times.

Detailed here in this article. I have owned this beautiful and rare Chronograph since 1996 and only wore it a few times since then on special occasions.

The dial is in mint or near mint condition. It is unknown to me whether it was reconditioned sometime in m the past. Not during my ownership of 25 years though.

The watch measures 35mm diameter. A pleasant size for a dress watch.

The watchband is branded Kreisler and Genuine Lizard. I bought that many years ago. Possibly worn 5 times since.
