Magnificently decorated with famille rose in great detail the scene of an Emperor with his crown son being presented with blessings from Magu and FuShou Taoist Xian. The enamel color, the decoration, the shape of the vase, the lion masks all indicate it was intended for Southeast Asian Straits Chinese. Nyonya or Peranakan porcelain ware. Large floor vase 25"H X 11"W (63.5cm X 27.94cm) at the widest. 20 - 22lbs, 32"X16"X16 boxes.
Drilled on bottom for lamp. Wear and usage crazing to enamel and gilt. Minor chip on one of the ring of the lion mask.
No chip or hairline or crack. It was examined under black UV light with no restoration. Please study photos detail for more condition info. Chinese Qing dynasty, Daoguang period, circa 1820 - 1850.
